The Jennings City Clerk of Court’s office has 3 different departments:

1. Civil:  Banks, finance companies, garnishments and loans between individuals come through the Clerk of Court’s office to file legal charges.
2. Criminal:  Misdemeanors and criminal charges at the city level are filed in the City Clerk of Court’s office.
3. Traffic:  City traffic and DWI tickets issued are handled through the City Clerk of Court’s office.  Tickets may be paid at the Clerk’s office or online at https://pay.jenningscitycourt.com/
