The Water Revenue Department operates under the direction of the Finance Dept./City Clerk's Office.  The main functions of the Water Revenue Department are utility billing and collection and the issuance of work orders to the Utilities Dept.

 

Items of interest:

  • 5 full time employees
  • Approximately 4,400 active accounts/meters
  • Approximately 120-130 service orders handled per month
    (customers moving in or out)
  • Approximately 100-120 work orders issued to the Utilities Dept. per month
    (meter leaks, meter change-outs, clean out meter boxes, etc.)
  • Several bill payment options
